The Marine / Waterproof / Water-resist 48V20A LiFePO4 battery charger with IP65 / IP66 rate is specifically designed for lithium battery powered electric cars or boat applications. Featuring a worldwide PFC input (90 to 264Vac), the rated output is 48V 20A. Smart maximum charging voltage is 58.8V for lead acid (sealed, AGM) type batteries and 58.4V for LiFePO4 batteries. Controlled by an MCU, it utilizes intelligent 4-step charging: pre-charge, CC, CV, and floating or automatic cut-off. This ensures high efficiency and maximizes battery life protection.
Unlike standard chargers, we utilize high-quality components and the latest circuit technology meeting EMC standards. Every unit features a PCB fully covered by waterproof glue and undergoes a 100% burn-in test for 4 hours. We maintain a failure rate under 1%.
